AdGuard VPN comes from the company behind the AdGuard ad blocker, registered in Cyprus. Instead of the usual protocols it uses its own TrustTunnel, designed to make traffic look like ordinary HTTPS. The protocol specification and a reference server have been published.

The paid plan covers 53 countries and 10 devices. The free version gives you 3 GB a month on two devices, with a limited choice of locations. We found no published audit.
